My newborn has basically had a rash since we brought her home due to constant pooping, every sneeze, every cough, every time we blinked she pooped. I tried everything, changed diaper brands, changed her diapers about 20 times a day while using desitin/Boudreaux butt paste/neosporin/hydrocortisone/a&d, soaked her hiney in the sink several times a day. Some of these things would help but I could never get the rash to go away completely. The skin was broken and just wouldn’t heal. Desperate, I scoured the internet and read in an article this was best for broken skin, it was pricey but if it could help my baby it would be worth it. This stuff healed her broken skin in less than 48 hours. I am now a loyal pinxav customer for life! I’m telling all my mommy friends. I use a layer with every diaper change and it’s so protective. It’s like the poop can’t get to her skin when this pink miracle cream is covering it. I didn’t receive anything in exchange for my review...it’s just that good I had to write a book about it.
