Struggling to even lift each one & 6kgs is only 1kg more than what I use in the gym. I got my scales out & weighed them. Each one weighs the same, so at least I have a pair unlike another reviewer, however I was shocked that my 6kg dumbbells weigh waay over 8kg despite saying 6kg on each one. Great for my progression at a later date if I ever manage to be able to carry out the exercises on the worksheet but dangerous for someone who has strength in some muscle groups & weakness in a lot of others. Doing the exercises on the sheet isn't just something that could possibly put someone in A&E from injury of attempting to lift excessive weight beyond their means but I can't even do the exercises when I can barely lift the weights. 6kg was already going to be heavy for me but ending up in A&E because I'm not lifting a weight that is 'safe' for me to use is likely to end up with the seller being sued. Not many people weigh their weights to check eligibility of them. One orders 6kg that's what is printed on each one & thats what you expect them to be. I'm soo disappointed as I was soo looking forward to getting my own set of weights to use away from the gym. Please be careful people as you could be doing yourself an injury if you are lifting weights that are waaay too heavy for you. Arrived nice & quickly but the dumbbells/product itself very disappointing. Over 8kg on the scales & not 6kg as advertised & sold. I’ve got reduced mobility below but I need to lose weight. I’d never thought that using dumbbells would help. I sit and use them for 5-10 mins per day but during that time I get my heart into cardio rhythm and try and stay there for a minute then rest, then go again. I garnered this info of the Internet because I didn’t get the poster. No worries though, as I’m sure 75% is useless for little old me! As an aside, I’ve not worn a back closing bra for a couple of years. Within 3 days of using this I could reach right behind me, amazing. Oh and I’ve with the dumbbells and diet lost over 5lbs in the first week! ### ⭐⭐ Cute, but different sizes and weights *by A***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 July 2019* They look cute, but you can easily see that size is different. I have also checked and even if they say each of them is 1000 g, one is actually 980 g and the other 1116 g. This is too big difference.
