It arrived promptly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fits Dewalt Stealthsonic Vacuum Model DXV05S-QT | Anti Static *by S***N on June 15, 2026* I was looking for a 2 1/2" size hose that is the maximum thickness supported by my Dewalt Stealthsonic Vacuum Model DXV05S-QT natively. It worked BEAUTIFULLY with the unit and at 20 ft, it eliminates the need for you to drag the vacuum across floor. You just leave it in one place and use the long hose to do the specialized cleaning, in this case a flight room for my birds. The advantage of using the maximum supported hose size of 2 1/2" is that nothing gets stock inside the hose. It powerfully vacuums everything out and opens the space all the way up to the receiving end which is a 2 1/2" attachment at the vacuum end natively. The one that is stock with the vacuum is a smaller diameter. It is also anti static. The options for a clear anti static hose that I searched a lot for are difficult to come by in longer length and very pricey. This one won't give you a clear view because it is black, but works without a hiccup. I use my vacuum for many purposes and have collected all sorts of attachments for every situation but without a 2 1/2" hose, collection wouldn't be as functional. Now I can tackle every wet and dry situation. The only downside is managing the long thick hose. It is almost like handling a thick snake.
