Cappuccino Top a shot of espresso with equal parts hot milk and milk foam. Latte Top a shot of espresso with hot milk, adding milk foam on top. Cold Foam Iced Tea Combine cold milk, cream, and sugar using your frother. Pour on top of iced tea. Matcha Green Tea With your frother, combine matcha powder, water, and sugar. Mix with hot milk and froth again. Hot Cocoa Microwave milk and chocolate until warm and chocolate is melted, about a minute. Mix and froth. Dalgona Coffee Use your frother to combine instant coffee, sugar, and water until light and fluffy. Dollop on top of hot or cold milk. **Q: What is the warranty on this product. I've had it for 10 months and it stopped working, even after replacing the batteries.**
A: I bought mine in 2017. It stopped working 3 weeks ago. I used it several times a day. I contacted seller and had a replacement within 4 days. It says lifetime warranty and I had no issues getting a replacement. Super friendly and quick back and forth before they replaced.

**Q: What type of batteries does this use? Couldn't find a mention of that in the details.**
A: This requires 2 double A batteries. 
I've found that the battery life lasts about 30 days making 2-3 lattes a day. At that point they aren't dead, but they have lost some whipping strength.

**Q: What makes this motor “stronger” than the single whisk model’s? (i noticed that both spin at 19,000 rpms, and i don’t see any other motor specs).**
A: I don’t know the speed or the motor information but it seems to be about the same if not a bit faster than the regular single whisk. Perhaps the presence of two whisks make it more powerful because it foams up fast and thick

A: As the seller stated in regard to a similar question, this motor is now 2W, up from 1.4W. RPM has very little to do with power. Rotational power is best measured by way of torque. A stronger motor just means it will be less mechanically stressed when it hits the resistance of the liquid.

Love the ergonomic handle. Very stylish. I really love it. It’s so easy to use, and I was very surprised at the quality of the product at the price it was. I would recommend it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stops working after a while.

The product itself is amazing, however the packaging itself doesn’t include instructions. I had to contact the company to ask how to get the batteries out. (They did answer very quickly so if you have any issues you should contact them, they’re very nice). I noticed a few people in the reviews were saying it wasn’t powerful enough but the instructions say to resolve this you should slightly pull out the little metal parts - which it says nowhere on the packaging. It would probably be good if they added a little leaflet that said this instead of you having to contact the company. I’ve added the email I received with instructions, it may help a few people out. UPDATE: after a few weeks my original one lost all of its power, even after putting brand new batteries in. I contacted the company, they asked for a video (which I sent them), then they asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement but unfortunately the replacement one also stopped working after a few weeks. It starts off powerful but then overtime it slows down and the button becomes more difficult to push. The product is a bit tacky but great customer service haha.
