Orifice Tube or Liquid Line - This vehicle is equipped with an orifice tube. The orifice tube is located inside the liquid line. On some vehicles the orifice tube will be captive (not removable) in the liquid line. If your vehicle utilizes a non-captive orifice tube the orifice tube alone can and must be replaced. If your vehicle is equipped with a captive orifice tube (non-removable) the complete liquid line must be replaced. Expansion Valve (for systems with rear air) - This vehicle is equipped with a rear expansion valve. If you had a major compressor failure (Compressor locked up, Clutch burnt or shaft seal blowout) you could have debris in the system.
