Other applications of the R17 is its use as a light duty welding screen that easily transportable. Protective Material Silicone Coated Fiberglass, Thickness 0.017 In., Material Weight 17 oz./sq. yd., Withstands Temperatures up to 1000 Degrees F (538 C) Features Solvent Resistant, Water Resistant, will Not Produce Toxic Gases when Exposed to Intense Heat or Flame. The R17 comes in a 61 inch by 50 foot roll to be cut to size as needed. The R17 50 foot roll weighs in a light weight 35 pounds which allows the roll to be easily handled by one person.
