A: This did not come with a pump.

A: At the moment , we only have 16 inches Pink letter balloons and 16 inches Blue letter Balloons. You will received them flat and deflated (with a string), so you can create a letter balloon banner

**Q: Do these come with a pump?**
A: No. It comes with straws to insert and you blow them up that way. It's not a lot of air, you won't need a pump.

Easy to assemble. It comes with a sheet where they show you what the letters look like before and after you inflate it. It came in handy because ALOT of the letters were deceiving at first glance lol overall great product and easy to use!
