**Q: does this bag come with a warranty?**
A: This bag does not have a warranty but they go by the Amazon’s three month return policy. I received a new bag because of the fact that the design of the zipper latch can cause an issue because it’s not closed. Be advised if they do give you a new one it may not be the same thing as the original. The new bag they sent did not come with an inside laptop strap as my original one did.
