Just in the few hours I've used it, my legs don't ache, I'm sitting up straighter, and I no longer have neck pain even. I love that this came with both the bum and lumbar support pieces, so super great deal. These are quality pieces, made of good material and is also esthetically pleasing. The bottom cushion has non-slip dots to help it stay on my chair, although I have had to adjust when getting up and sitting back down, but no big deal, and I like that it has a handle if I ever needed to take it on the go.
