I was recommended these by my ND for better vaginal health while breastfeeding, as I had not resumed my cycle yet and estrodial cream was too strong when used. The ovals are nice smelling if you like cocoa butter. They’re fairly easy to insert, they’re small and can be inserted with the same applicator you receive for things like monostat (could be better if applicator was included). They have less transfer if you put them in the fridge before inserting, otherwise they can get a little messy if too warm or if they’re in your hands for too long. They work best if inserted after showering, before bed. Pain relief comes from the hydration aspects if that is part of what you’re seeking to treat/balance.
