**Q: is it 24 pounds for one piece**
A: No it's a few pieces and you cut them into size you need vertically or horizontally and you reuse for about a week. I've used half the pack and used for over a week now and it's still sticky. You take off to shower and then put back on until they stop being sticky

These are expensive healing plasters to buy anywhere , but they are Mepiform , the real deal and what l was given in hospital for a hand wound. They come in small amounts so they are expensive in that regard but they do the job of healing of a scar .
