The packaging was done nice and tight so that when I opened it up (I am washing brand new king size sheets that I'll also be leaving a review I decided I better put the comforter on the bed while the new sheets are being washed and dried) but didn't have too. It all looks so great. Hangs over the sides and foot of the bed great. We have an iSerta adjustable king frame (two frames) so we're not able to use the bed skirt that came with it but I'm either going to figure out how I can use it modified or find it in an elastic style like my current white one. I can leave the white one for now as it matches the bedding great! Can't wait to sleep tonight. If I find my happiness changes I will update my review. (By the way, I'm a HUGE online shopper and should do a better job leaving reviews - almost never do. BUT this product really impressed me! I did not find any of that!! Of course the pillows were a little flat but that is to be expected with the tight packaging. I tossed them in the washer, washed on cold and very delicate cycle. After they came out of the dryer, fluffy as ever!! The chevron side is grey and cream colored *NOT WHITE* Im washing the comforter as I type this review. I will give an update after it dries to see how well it ends up. It is not very heavy at all, which doesnt bother me bc I like to stay cool at night. The color is lighter than shown in the picture. It is more of a light gray. That was a bit disappointing. And it is also a lot shorter than shown. In order to get it to look as advertised in the photo, the top half (literally) of the bed is uncovered.
