After about 3 weeks of periodically using it (being aware that I needed to limit sun exposure or double apply sunscreen when I knew I’d be out in the sun) both of the milia disappeared. Literally gone. This product does tingle & it freaked me out the first time I used it, but I assume that meant it was working because I didn’t develop a rash, redness, etc. from it.
