It makes great hot cocoa with a kick. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THIS IS AMAZING CHOCOLATE *by H***N on November 20, 2013* This is the best chocolate I've ever tasted. And I love chocolate. My benchmark up to this point was Scharfenberger Nibby dark chocolate (also available on Amazon). I've probably tasted hundreds chocolates in my life, from the $10/oz single origin handcrafted artisan organic fair trade hand-written message from the cocoa farmer fancy-pants bars, all the way over to Hershey's Special Dark. The stone ground texture is divine, just the right amount of grit to titillate your teeth as you bite into it. The flavor is nuanced, complex, and totally unique. It may well have been dreamed up by a Wonka descendant, as this chocolate tastes like an everlasting gobstopper. The finish is easily 30 seconds long. It's spicy, as you'd expect from chili chocolate, but not unpleasantly so. I even like the format; two discs with pie-esque indentations encourage you to break it into little wedges of perfection. A piece or two may even make it out of the kitchen to share before you devour the whole stack.
