    Lovely lamp but has issues

This is a lovely and very sturdy lamp but it arrives in several pieces that have to be assembled by screwing together. It is packaged in a way that makes it very easy to do but it takes alot of adjusting and readjusting to get the pole straight. I received two lamps as the first one had three areas that couldn't be straightened by unscrewing and reassembling - leaving a very obvious "bend" in the center of the pole. The second also has an area at the top that bends slightly but I have opted to keep the lamp as it works very well in the space. Although I would certainly recommend the lamp for the appearance and design, I have to pause due to the issue with the pole.
