A: They where hard and that's why I sent them back.  Definitely not soft!

**Q: what country are these marked for? the packaging is in another language...**
A: The product packaging on the toothbrushes I received was not in English.  It appears the toothbrushes were for the Vietnamese market.  This was not clear at all in the product description.  I returned them.
