Yes I’m upset ### ⭐ Measurements are Misleading *by M***S on August 9, 2024* On the package, it says that these napkins are 13x12.7” which, it turns out, is the measurement when it is unfolded. I wasn’t sure if that was the folded or unfolded measurement so I asked Rufus who told me that those were the folded measurements. Fie to AI. So annoying. When the napkins are folded, they’re about 6.5” square which is too small dining. In addition, they are flimsy, thin, not at all absorbent. 2-ply Kleenex tissues are stronger. The quality has diminished significantly. Why did Vanity Fair change a good product? It’s baffling. As a life-long time customer, I am sorely disappointed. I do not recommend these napkins. And I do not endorse asking Rufus for help.
