(Solved this by buying & using a large bag of the Crunchmaster crackers. Now I have saved up the little GoPicnic bags of Crunchmaster crackers for on-the-go.)Overall, I enjoy these meals and am surprised that they fill me up. (I'm an overweight woman.) This has replaced the lunches from the work cafeteria that routinely ran $6-$7 and were not healthy at all. If I eat a GoPicnic meal at the end of the work day, I can get a lot accomplished after work as well without hunger pangs interfering and causing a visit to a fast food restaurant. (Savings can be $10 a day or more since I bought these meals on sale for $3 each.)GoPicnic does not do so well with mixes as the main protein. The main manufacturer they use adds some sort of lemon flavor or something. This would be the bean dips, hummus, salmon, and tuna. I can still eat them all (except their awful black bean dip), but they should work on this area more. e.g. use straight tuna instead of a tuna salad type mix.The exception to the above is the Three-Bean Dip, made & distributed by GoPicnic. It's pretty good, and the Lundberg Rice Chips that come with it are VERY good. This is a nice combination. GoPicnic should make all of their protein mixes - maybe they're getting there.I really like the Turkey Pepperoni with Asiago Cheese spread, although it is VERY greasy pepperoni. At this time, it includes the best of the desserts... the Almond Roca buttercrunch toffee. (Has anyone found a way to open the pepperoni package, without scissors, and NOT end up wearing the grease?)The peanut butter meal is good - but has two packages of crackers instead of something healthier (this is the exception to not enough crackers/chips). This meal seems especially geared to kids - and I wouldn't buy it again for myself.I tried to see if I could pack a very similar meal for $3 or less by adding the same brands of multi-packs to my Amazon cart. It's hard to match this price. But, now that these packages have shown me how satisfied I can be with a variety of these little items, I'm experimenting with ideas of my own (e.g. Jif to Go, etc.).Items included with the main GoPicnic meals do change. I've seen the same meal with different desserts sitting on one store shelf. I am too busy/lazy (give me a break, I've got a 2 year old, and I like to sleep as late as I possibly can in the morning before getting up and getting us out the door) to prepare my lunches for work, and I work in a small office where heating up my leftovers and eating at my desk isn't the most enticing lunch hour. I'm also trying to lose weight, and the calorie contents of these are reasonable for lunch--I will say that a piece of fresh fruit, some cheese or maybe a small side salad would round it out for me and keep me satiated until dinnertime.I saw these at Target and picked up a couple--the Sunbutter & crackers and the hummus and crackers. So far, I've tried three different varieties.HUMMUS: This was surprisingly tasty. I love the flavored hummus--spicy or garlic--so I was expecting something bland. It had a bit of a lemon flavor to it, which I enjoyed. The crackers were tasty, and the trail mix wasn't too bad, either. I could live without the edamame, but it wasn't too bad--I will try someone else's suggestion of mixing them with the trail mix next time. I didn't try the chocolate--I don't like dark chocolate.SUNBUTTER: This was the first time I tried sunbutter---it was way yummy!! Again, I was satisfied with the meal--the fruit bites were tasty, I enjoyed the trail mix, and the cookie wasn't bad, either. Nothing was too salty, and it was a good combination of flavors. This is definitely an item I'll be packing for my son--who is allergic to peanuts--when we're on the go, as well as for me.TURKEY STICK&CRUNCH: Not bad--but I found it was a bit on the salty side (the turkey stick). The chips were not my favorite, but I could tolerate them. Same cookie and fruit/nut mix as in the other boxes--so I knew what to expect.
