I bought a used teak outdoor set, cleaned with vinegar and dawn dish soap, sanded and let it dry. I applied two thin coats as stated. Great color and went on well. I highly suggest you use a foam brush. I started with a soft cloth, but it soaks up and dries to quickly. The foam brush worked really well ! I used about 1/2 of the bottle on a chair and two seat bench with back.
