I liked the effect so I bought more Strass logo/Elements, Swarovski Spectra and these Asfour. All of the crystals were 14mm octagons. All the crystals were visually clean, clear and the facets were sharp. However, on close examination the optical quality was markedly different and the number, quality and sharpness of the spectra and rainbows which were produced differed sharply.The quality went from the Strass being stunning, Spectra being beautiful, but not as amazing as the Strass and the Asfour were pretty, but not as beautiful as the Spectra and a poor third to the Strass/Elements.The Asfour are nice, but you will not want to mix them with your Swarovski because they look dead beside them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very pretty crystals *by V***G on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on January 2, 2013* These crystals are very sparkly and seem to be good quality. (I am not an expert in crystal.) They refract the light nicely. I really like them. I got them to use on my chandelier and also to break apart and make a short chain for a hanging crystal in the window. The connectors are sturdy and also easy to separate. The bow tie connectors are gold- and you can see the gold clearly. To me, the pic does not show how bold the gold color on the bow ties is on the chain.
