I have been mixing it into my porridge along with some ground up mixed seeds and it's ok. I'm aware that my porridge tastes a little different but it's fine - it's more that I don't like the idea of having something beefy in my breakfast. The reason I'm taking it is that I have suffered tears in my knee cartilage and torn tendons in both my shoulders. This is a somewhat 'after the horse has bolted' scenario but I'm hoping to prevent further damage in the future. Stronger hair and nails would be a welcome bonus.
