It comes with nice stainless hardware including 18” chains so you have some flexibility relative to how taught it would be. I have an Eno double but use the stand for a traditional hammock. **Q: Does this hammock shave any swing to it?** A: Yes, you can swing/rock, but you should tie it down so it doesn't flip over. It is a really nice hammock stand and the hammock has withstood a lot of harsh sunlight and heat with no issues. It comes coated lightly however if you have some extra time and help, You can apply an extra coat of urethane. Here in New England where the summers are short, I can always apply it even after the summer season. Overall good product however, you can put this together by oneself if you have the ability to do so, if not another hand won’t hurt. 11/16 standard hardware. If you are looking for a hammock support that looks expensive but is very much affordable , this one will do the job. Just remember to purchase an appropriate size hammock or you might find yourself on the ground after getting in. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful sturdy hammock *by S***1 on April 25, 2015* Just like the picture. Not sure if 2 people will fit. A 6 ft man about 250 will fit comfortable but not with a lady beside him. The hammock went together pretty quick. Nothing damaged or missing parts. The hammock is a bit frayed and I hope it holds up. The quilted padding is not as thick as I thought. Overall I am pleased so far. Price was fair. Shipping was quite a bit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Quality for the Price *by G***3 on June 2, 2022* I think this is a great hammock for the price. The wood is very solid. The only negative and something others have mentioned is the finish on the wood is very thin and probably wouldn't hold up with constant exposure to the weather. To address that I added 3 coats of an exterior high gloss clear finish and it looks great. The only other thing I would mention is that although I was able to assemble it myself another person assisting would have made it easier especially when trying to line up the screw holes. Some have mentioned they needed to purchase additional hardware since not enough was included. That was not the case in my situation. In fact, a few extra washers and nuts were included. The only thing that would have made this purchase better was if a pillow was included in addition to the hammock itself.
