I like to massage a pork tenderloin lightly with oil, then lightly with this pork rub. I roast the tenderloin in the oven til barely pink and let it sit for several minutes in the roasting pan (will then have no pink left). This rub gives a great flavor, not too salty or sweet. I heat a sauce made with half a bottle of creole mustard and 1 cup of heavy cream to go on top or on the side.The rub makes it so easy! Great for when fresh herbs are not available. This size will also last a very long time.
