We didn't have time to send it back and get a replacement before our trip so we just went with it. The material seemed very thin, so I was interested to see how it held up to the baggage handling through three airports. The suitcases were spacious, holding a lot. The fact that they are lightweight, meant we could pack more and not be over the weight limit.I liked the idea of the built in locks when I was shopping for luggage. They were easy to set. The zippers seemed lightweight so I was concerned they may break in the locks. They didn't. For the most part, the pieces held up pretty well. Unfortunately, the little carryon bag did not fair so well. It's handle fell apart on our way to our destination so it was unusable on the way back.For the price, the luggage is okay. It did the trick for our family vacation that wasn't too rigorous. If we were doing international travel or even a few more destinations, I wouldn't expect it to hold up. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall - great purchase - packaging needs work *by K***E on May 20, 2016* I am recently back from a trip to Chicago - I used the carry-on size suitecase and the medium suit case. I had not problems and am quite happy with my purchase and the quality. I do have a little concern about the extended handle breaking on the carry on suit case only because it feels like it could...but it was put through some ringers on my trip and so far so good. If I ever needed another set - I would purchase this again. The only negative thing I have is the package it was shipped in - the package had holes in it and the wheels were sticking through some of the holes when it came to me, which caused concern as it meant the wheels took a lot of hit during delivery. Was thankful that they were not broken. ### ⭐ Damaged junk *by R***E on June 26, 2016* Obviously, for the price I paid I was not expecting high-end luggage. However, I was also not expecting luggage that looked like someone else had been using and abusing it for months (or even years). The first thing I noticed, before I even opened the box, was major damage to one of the wheels on the largest case. I am willing to concede that this could have been caused during shipping. However, three of the four pieces had damage, and since they were nested inside each other, it would be impossible to blame shipping for any of the other damage. The two smaller suitcases had locks with a plastic cover, and it appeared as though someone had taken some sort of sharp instrument and tried to destroy the lock on each of these cases. It did not effect the functionality of the locks, but it looked horrible, especially considering these were supposed to be new. The smallest bag was the only piece of the four which did not have some sort of damage. Again, for the price I wasn't expecting heirloom quality luggage; I just didn't expect to be purchasing damaged junk. I give it one star, only because there is no lower rating.
