The delivery was perfect, arrived on time and the cardboard box it arrived in was undamaged. The item itself was securely wrapped in plastic and again undamaged. However, despite all the measures to prevent damage during transit the four feet do not touch the ground level and the ironing board wobbles. This is clearly a manufacturing defect at source. Extremely frustrated with this purchase, yet will live with the wobbling when ironing as unless I were to try one in store, I'm unsure of the same thing happening again.
