I first washed the curtains in cold water and dried them in the dryer. I then ironed them to remove remaining wrinkles. I am absolutely in love with these curtains..the fabric is so soft yet really good quality. The gray is a perfect gray. These curtains look very designer and high end. I also like that they come with optional tie backs. I bought them just for the look, not to darken room; however, I feel like they will darken the room if I close them. Amazing!
