So when I pull my arms forward they get stopped by the seam. I have to oull the jacket up to my belly button to comfortably move my arms without restriction. Fits perfect in the waist, chest and wrists. Not in the back or shoulder area as much. NOW, lemme say this jacket is NICE. Its thick material but light weight and the silky interior keeps you cooler than it feels. Wearing it open helps alot too. Sturdy buttons, but zipper not so much. Feels cheap as well as the teeth of the zipper. Plan is to put patches on it :) EDIT: I returned it for another company's product.
