I have a 2004 TRD 4.7 and am assuming you need to replace the timing belt. The serpentine belt is much different. I do not know if they are the same engine so just double check. But Yes, this kit came with everything I needed to change the timing belt along with the water pump and pulleys. The only thing it does not come with is a small tube of gasket sealant for the upper water pump connection. There isn't a rubber or cork gasket, you have to make one with the proper gasket sealant. Its not difficult, you just squeeze it along the edge and give it 24 hrs but you will definitely need it. Otherwise the kit is very comprehensive.
