It took me about an hour to install it with the help of my neighbor. The fit and finish on the product is very nice, and I mean it is really nice. I like the dual locks on this unit vs my other single lock using a rod. The cover panels are high quality and not covered with some vinyl type stuff like my other unit. The instructions are a bit lacking but if you have any mechanical skills, it will all make sense when you start. (I would suggest the company make a youtube install video!!) After washing the truck, I had a few drips toward the tail gate, but to me that is super acceptable as I don't think you could ever get it 100% water tight, lets be real. Even my roll n lock leaks. The drains were easy to install and work very good. I was impressed to see a small bag of future replacement (wear) parts and the extra set of keys.
