## Questions & Answers

**Q: what does the 24x18x1.5" weigh and the smaller ones too?  I do not see weight anywhere listed.**
A: Mine is well oiled and it weighs approximately 19.4 pounds.

**Q: How do you fix separations in a boos cutting board**
A: All wooden cutting board will have separations.... its just a fact of life. Its an easy fix though.
Thoroughly clean all gaps of any foreign matter... I use a metal fork. 
Lay a bead of a good quality wood glue in the gap.
Take wooden toothpicks and gently tap into the glue filled gaps until they are filled.
Allow to dry. I let mine dry for 24 hours at least.
Lightly sand with a fine grit sandpaper (600 to 800 grit works best)
Rub the cutting board with a high quality oil until the wood wont take any more oil.
Wipe and enjoy!

**Q: How deep are the channels, how much liquid can they hold?  I keep having liquid slosh out as a I transfer meat from the grill to the table.**
A: Just did a test and it holds about half a cup of liquid.
