It feels solid and if it really does hold up to 100mph winds, not that I plan to be outside in that sort of weather, but if it can withstand that much wind and IF they really do offer a lifetime replacement warranty, then by all means, this umbrella is well worth the $23 paid. Given the build quality and the lifetime replacement warranty, I don't see why I would ever need to buy another umbrella for myself. This one is great! I have been buying cheapo $3-$5 umbrellas from Walmart for years. They last maybe one season or less, so they break and I just keep buy another one and another one. I am tired of being stranded in the rain when it does break so I decided to spend a little more and buy a real umbrella this time and I am glad I did. So far it appears to be awesome. I had this umbrella for about a year. I live in an area where it rains a lot and loved this umbrella for it's size, easy of use and quick drying. I had noticed that the velcro closure was not working anymore from wear. Then we had a windy day with strong gusts and one of the ribs broke. I saw they have a lifetime replacement so I reached out to the company. They were extremely courteous, only asked for photos and sent out a replacement FAST. After receiving my new umbrella I see they updated the velcro closure, it is much more sturdy. I also have the peace of mind now knowing I can always just get it replaced. In today's world you can't beat buying any product for a reasonable price and getting a quality item with a lifetime warranty like this. Great umbrella by a superb company.
