The oil drips corroded the plastic beyond repair requiring full replacement. This occurred during a single event of exposure overnight (roughly 8 hours). Please learn from my expensive mistake and be careful when applying the oil to the wood.***Update - After reaching out to Arotags, Michael didn't hesitate to make this situation right. He conducted product testing on his own to determine the flaw and even offered to completely cover the repairs on my truck. I fully understand that my experience was likely very unique and uncommon.
