**Q: what ae the dimensions of the 2 liter jar?**
A: Maximum diameter: 5 inches (the walls of the jar are not perfectly parallel; the sides are just slightly wider near the bottom of the jar)   Base diameter: 3 inches  Height is 10 inches  Interior diameter of opening is 3 and one-quarter inches   Allow for a 6 inch width on the shelf

**Q: Rubber gaskets are cracked.  What size gasket do I order?  Does it matter rubber or silicone?**
A: It depends on the size of the jar.  100 mm for the 3 liter jar. Take off the old gasket and measure it.  100 mm - approximately 3 1/4 " (80 mm) inner diameter and 4 1/4" (107) outer diameter.  
For 85 mm gaskets - approximately 2 1/8 (54 mm) inner diameter and 3 5/8" (92 mm) outside diameter which fits .5, 1, 1.5 and 2 liter super jars.  I've used French canning jars for 40 years and replaced the rubber gaskets last year.  I own 20+ jars in various sizes, so I just purchased both size gaskets.

**Q: what are the dimensions?**
A: Please refer to the Le Parfait product dimensions as shown on the Linesheet image on the product detail page.  The 3000ml jars are 11.25” tall and 5.5” wide with a rubber seal diameter of 100mm. Enjoy!

**Q: What are the dimensions of the various jars (not the package) - most specifically the height?**
A: 1,000ml jar is 7" tall, about 5 1/2 " wide including securing wires.  In this style, all smaller sizes are the same width.  750ml jar is 6" tall.  500ml jar is about 4 1/2" tall.
