 The height of the table when lifted is 22.75" tall.  When closed this is 18" tall.

A: I actually wrote a review about this piece.  I was expecting weathered gray.  I was disappointed that The table has a distinctly olive green tone to it.

A: pressed board is real wood since it is is manufactured by mixing particles or flakes of wood or jute-stick together with a resin and can be advertised that way. Look for all wood to get actual wood

**Q: I never received my package which is the table I went the the post office where they told me it was delivered in my mailbox how is that possible**
A: How'd you ever make out, did you get the issue resolved!? Did the post office or Amazon produce the table? If dropped at the post office, clearly it's not fitting in your box therefore the post office would have to put a notice in your box that they're holding a large package for you.  If post office claims it was not delivered did Amazon resolve the issue?

I recently purchased the Farmhouse Square Coffee Table with Lift Top. I'm quite impressed. It’s beautiful! Assembly was somewhat straightforward and the only hard part is figuring out how to install those hinges!! I went through the reviews and no one gave any pictures or directions. So, I decided to help the next person by including instructions on the pictures that I took. Basically, line up the pieces that say “L” and you’ll see the tiny holes for the hinges labeled “L”. Then use the tiny black screws to screw the hinges on. Then do the same for “K”. I didn’t need any special tools other than a screwdriver. The grayish-brown finish adds a nice rustic touch to my living room, and it blends perfectly with my other furniture. It’s a very natural taupe color. Other reviews mentioned that it has a green color but that isn’t true at all. It’s pretty heavy but I was able to carry each piece up 2 flights of stairs by myself. One of my favorite features is the lift-top design. It’s great for storing blankets, books, and even the kids' toys, keeping things tidy and organized. I also love that it can double as a small dining table when I’m enjoying a snack or working on my laptop. The construction feels sturdy, and it seems like it can hold up to everyday use without any issues. This is a very sturdy table and doesn’t wobble. Overall, I think this coffee table is a fantastic blend of style and functionality. If you're looking for something practical yet stylish, I would definitely recommend it!
