**Q: For shipping purposes I need the outside dimensions of the two packed boxes. Can anyone help?**
A: Approximately: Box1 is 28x24x23 Box 2 is 83x6x3.

**Q: Hi, can you tell me the meassure size of the box?  is 28x24x23? what meter? I will ship it to new york and then have to take it in the box by plane.**
A: It comes in two boxes: 1.) 28x24x23 for the water tank and parts and 2.) Approx 83x7x4 for the long wood rails.

**Q: Is this an official waterrower product? I really like the oak, but don’t see it on their website.**
A: It's a special edition created for the seller- hence why it's not listed on their website.  I rang Waterrower before I ordered to check this point - it looks great in the oak with the walnut stain - very pleased with my purchase.

**Q: We ordered this with install and the boxes arrived. When does someone come to build it?**
A: We built ours ourselves.
