A: I have no idea about a quarter water , but if you’re looking for the best results I would use a litre of water with two tablespoons of coffee and use the solution when it’s warm but not too hot to touch

A: 1 table spoon in 750ml hot water in a large coffee cafetiere, then leave to cool.
