I use these as backup during the day and wear these without any other products at night and I haven't had a leak. The first time I had use then I was at an Airbnb so I was a bit nervous that I was going to leave a message in someone else's bed but needn't have worried they worked great. I definitely recommend them!Remember they are briefs so they are high waisted. I'm short so they end up above my belly button. I didn't try these on their own but they were great as backup for tampons. These are so much cheaper than Thinx which I originally wanted to get. I figured I would try Amazon first for the cost. They only downside is the grey lining. I think it would be better as black? I had no issue washing them though. The material is very soft and comfortable. No wedgies or issues with them riding up. There is even a little pocket in the front. I assume this is possibly for a small heating pad on crampy days? Good though put into the design of these. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful *by I***T on September 26, 2018* I often have an issue of bleeding through, doesn't matter what size of the pad I get, how I position it, especially during the night it seems almost inevetable that my underwear is going to be ruined, and I'd be lucky if it doesn't soak into the bedding.First time getting period specific panties. They work. The bottom part is a bit oversized to comfortably stick a pad with wings to it, and the sweat doesn't get absorbed either, sometimes creating a slightly uncomfortable feeling in the back.
