Thank you Urban ReLeaf ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product *by J***R on March 27, 2021* I purchased this product because I suffered 3rd degree burns on my hand and forearm and as a nurse I know healing begins at the cellular level, however, topical agents can help healing as well as nutrition. This product has zinc, which aids in wound healing. It also does not have petrolatum that would inhibit wound healing. Products with more than 40% petrolatum inhibit cellular migration, making it difficult for new skin cells to regenerate and are not appropriate for burns especially. I used this wound cream several times per day once my wounds had mostly closed (after about 2 weeks), I did NOT use on open deep areas but rather fragile areas of new scar growth to prevent the skin from cracking and breaking open. It helped tremendously and I still use for moisturizing those areas. It is a bit greasy but not so much if you don't overuse, a little goes a very long way.
