**Q: I ordered the gel and received a "white" cream. the package says that is is "gel". has anyone else have this mix-up?  thank you.**
A: Hi. No, I have not received the white cream, however, I usually buy the Pernaton with a blue label on the box. In the photo on Amazon, I see that there is also a Pernaton with a red label, "Gel Forte for muscle massage," perhaps, that is the product that you received.

A: aquan isopropyl alcohol, capriluc/capric triglyceride, peg-40 hydrogenated castor oil, tromethamine, carbomer, mussel extract, glycosaminoglycans, pinus silvestris leaf oil, rosmarinus officinalis leaf oil, eucalyptus globulus leaf oil, citrusmedica limonum peel oil, citrus uranium dulcos oil, acrylates/c10-30 alkyl acrylatecrosspolymer, limonene, linaool, citral.

**Q: This is the blue label. i paid  26.00 for the gel. this is a white cream. wondering what caused the screw up? it says "gel" on the box.**
A: Mine was a white cream. Didn’t work as was stated.

A: According to the text on the tube, Pernaton Gel is made in Switzerland by Doetsch Grether AG, CH-4002 Basel. Whence the Green Lipped Mussels come to have their high grade Glycosaminoglycans extracted by Doetsch Grether and mixed with several other ingredients is not stated.
