**Q: Conflicting info, are these 3 lb or 2.5 lb?**
A: There's nothing conflicting about it.   These are 3lb weights.   Figure it out!

**Q: Will they fit into the “brute force training vest”?**
A: They fit into my MIR Pro weighted vest.

**Q: Can anyone confirm whether or not these fix in the Box brand vest. It accepts 2.5lb and my existing weights are 2” wide, these are 2.5.” Anyone?**
A: Tey fit my MIR PRO weighted vest

**Q: What are they made of? Will they rust?**
A: I would suggest taking all of the weights out and coating them in a sealant to prevent rusting. 
I am purchasing today and plan to do exactly this.

These are some good solid chunks of heavy metal with some kind of hard paint coating on the outside or something of the sort. Cant tell, dont care. Whats important is that its heavy and fits in the MIR weight vest i got, and it does.
