Easy to fit and works very well. *by D***I on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 February 2016* I purchased this product as a replacement for an exact model which failed after 3 years of use. I identified this as the correct replacement after some google searches because I didn't have any product details from my original Timeguard. The product arrived very fast and it was very easy to fit if you are familiar with a bit of wiring. It took about 5 minutes after getting the existing unit down from the ceiling and getting the right screwdriver ready. including completely switching off and then on the electricity. Mine is connected to turn on a ceiling fan and some LED lights and I have set it to come on all the time based on motion sensor only regardless of daylight or darkness. I also use the long timer setting so the fan stays on for the maximum time (which is about 15-20 minutes I think). It works very well and I don't know why the previous unit failed (I took the old unit apart after removing it from the ceiling but I couldn't figure out if it was possible to fix it - it has a circuit board and I didn't know what to look for).
