Given the online learning paradox--that students of color are less likely to take online courses and less likely to be successful, but (here's the paradox) taking an online course is correlated with long-term educational success for these same groups, this book is a must read for any online teacher or administrator.Each chapter focuses on a high-impact practice that can (and should!) be adapted to online learning. Excellent research and focused examples. Especially important for community colleges and undergraduate institutions who serve minority students.
