I received my pedal board case and it was cracked, the feet were loose, and some rivets were not properly fitted. I was very upset by the quality, but after returning it for a new one I am very happy with it. Although, I am still a little disappointed the case isn't aluminum. I didn't give it 5 stars because I feel the picture and description are deceiving, but I can live with it. I appreciated they sent me a new one right away with no questions asked.
