While it did come slightly wrinkled, after washing it and putting it in the dryer it looked much better. It fit my queen size mattress perfectly and was super easy to install by myself. I bought some upholstery pins, but haven't needed them. When first placing it, do the top elastic portion first, then stretch to each corner. I placed it at the top of the movable base. It can pop off until placed correctly, but pretty easy to do by yourself. It does need ironed, but decent quality.
