A: It’s super simple to clean with hot soapy water I would not recommend putting it into a dishwasher

**Q: can some people who have purchased leave some reviews please?**
A: Worked awesome,  it actually made cotton candy from hard candy.  Just follow directions. Let it heat up for 10 minutes, then place hard candy in center bowl, turn back on and within seconds, cotton candy.

**Q: I bought this for my sons carnival birthday followed all directions and tips and it won’t spin at all . Any ideas on what’s wrong ?**
A: If you've attempted to use it and it won't spend after you've put in the jolly rancher, then return it because it's defective. I had no problem with mine. It is a trial and error practice time to get it right, but it did work
