I wish this brand offered a fuller range of colors via sellers through Amazon. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A little goes a long way *by J***. on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on March 14, 2014* compact, convenient, and a must have for traveling artists. I have not used liquid oxgall before but after this, I see little reason to try. I just do a few swipes with a slightly damp brush and mix it in with whatever color I am using and I am pretty much guaranteed to have a perfectly smooth wash of paint. It works well with granulating pigments, I have found, the pigments in Daniel Smith's moonglow has a tendency to separate as it dries if it's too wet. With the oxgall the pigments stayed combined and dried evenly.I feel I should also point out that the pans from Schmincke is slightly shorter than the 'standard' half pans I have. However, they do not taper at the bottom.
