Her right arm has been causing her a lot of pain lately.She's at the age where she sleeps better in a chair instead of a flat bed. Fortunately she does have an electric chair that lifts her out and yet lays flat if desired. With her ailments that where she prefers sleep. The chair is very firm and logically so, however when sleeping in it a little extra cushion isn't uncalled for.Shortly after visibly instructing my mother what the pillow could do for her both in her chair or in her bed - I just went to check on her and there she is in her chair with her new pillow, not only sleeping like a baby but snoring !! HALLELUJAH!The sheet that comes with the pillow is soft yet sturdy. Time will tell if the pillow keeps it's shape however upon receipt I would give it a thumbs up!With that said at the moment I would not only recommend this pillow but would purchase it again.
