This really is a lovely,well made comfortable matress.I had been having lower and upper back pain and was generally waking up in the night. The very first night I slept on this ,my aches and pains had gone. I awoke refreshed and ready for the day for a change. I agree it is quite heavy, but I like that. You can see it is quality as soon as the packaging is removed. Ordered on the Thursday ,delivered on the Tuesday at 7.30 in the morning. Friendly helpfull delivery man. I would definately buy another for the spare room.

Firstly, I was delighted with all the customer service, prompt delivery and communication. I was delighted with the mattress and the high quality (2000 pocket sprung pillow top)The reason I purchased this (after lots and lots of research!) is because my daughter has just recently been diagnosed with scoliosis. The first night she was away and I slept on it, upon wakening I noticed some indentation, dipping on the pillow top. It did concern me but I tried to put it out of my mind as I didn't want to think that it could be in any way faulty. My daughter came home, slept in it that night thought it was wonderful but mentioned that she thought it was dipping (I hadn't even mentioned this to her!) I couldn't ignore it now that I knew it wasn't just me.Don't get me wrong it's not very bad but it concerns me that if it is starting to dip after one night then I don't feel confident in it for use further down the line. I need to get this right as its really important to my daughters well being.I studied a lot of reviews for this mattress and overall they were excellent but there were some complaints of the same issue.I have contacted the company a couple of times via mail but as yet no response

Don't normally do reviews, but this one deserves a glowing report. There are few things one can buy that really make a difference to the quality of ones life - but this is one fantastic product at a great price. For years my wife and I suffered serious sleep deprivation but having bought this product I can say it has transformed our lives. This is a quality product which gives great comfort and I cannot find one fault with the product or the company that supplied it.BUY this product if you value your sleep time!

The mattress is very deep and thick which I am sure would have been a comfortable bed. I returned it due to the size being very deep and over-powering in the bedroom. I would recommend that you measure and check the measurements again before considering ordering (I only checked once).

Could I urge buyers not to leave a review of this mattress until they have had it for at least a year? This is because I was encouraged to buy it after reading very positive comments. It is now going to the skip. I have had this double mattress now for 2 years and it has completely sagged in the middle. I have just been told by the sellers that I should have turned it 'every two weeks for the first 3 months and thereafter every six weeks'. Rather excessive I would think especially for a mattress that purports to have 'individually nested pocket springs'. However, another criticism of the mattress is that it is extraordinarily thick and extraordinarily heavy. Unlike me (I hope) on both counts. Can't say how clever I am but I can say that I am just under 9 stones in weight. I can hardly move the mattress never mind turn it. Very disappointed in both the mattress and the seller's response to my concerns.

Great quality mattress,good sleep.Mattress is quite a firm level but pillowtop gives a nice padded finish.Pleased with my purchase.Deep height which all adds to a quality product.

I am delighted with this bed which was for my Daughter. It is exactly how it was advertised and exactly what we wanted. My Daughter says it is very comfortable and enjoys a good nights sleep! I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to replace there current double mattress with this extremely comfortable topper mattress. This is a very good value for money mattress.

Comfortable mattress which arrived on time. A strange smell at first like wet sheep but with airing it went. Makes bed very high.
