Review: Safe and Effective for Ant Control - I have never seen a product kill ants so quickly. I also like that it is relatively safe to use indoors with pets around (see precautions on the label). Just some things to know, it does have a strong lingering peppermint smell for a few hours after application. Some may find this a bit too much, but it is nothing like the toxic chemical smells from other products. Think of this product more as a "contact" spray and not a long term deterrent. It is usually a good idea to wipe up the dead bugs and overspray to clean the area after a few minutes. I haven't found it harmful to surfaces, but if left to dry and can be a bit sticky.

I have never seen a product kill ants so quickly. I also like that it is relatively safe to use indoors with pets around (see precautions on the label). Just some things to know, it does have a strong lingering peppermint smell for a few hours after application. Some may find this a bit too much, but it is nothing like the toxic chemical smells from other products. Think of this product more as a "contact" spray and not a long term deterrent. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good value for a lot of peppermint oil

First, this is not a bug KILLER, and it does not claim to be. It is a bug REPELLENT. I don't actually know how well peppermint works as a bug repellent because the smell doesn't linger long and I'm perpetually forgetting to apply it, but science says bugs do dislike the smell, and this is a large quantity of peppermint oil for a fairly nice price. Use it as an essential oil and it can be the same price for a tiny bottle -_- What I do like about this is it's easy to use and does make the apartment smell nice. My roommate also has a sensitivity to chemicals, so this is a natural way for dealing with bugs that doesn't make her sick. AS LONG AS YOU DON'T OVERUSE IT. Which is the reason for the one star off. Other reviews claimed the peppermint smell makes them feel sick. I love peppermint and sometimes use peppermint essential oils in a defuser. But I sprayed all the windows liberally in my apartment and then had to detox because too much does leave an overwhelming aroma in the air.
