I also use these products twice daily - morning and night.I also use a mixture of THREE of the following on top of the above (on top of the Vit C, but before moisturising)...- Palmers Face OilAnd a mix of these serums from 'The Ordinary' Range -- Hyaluronc Acid 2% + B5,- Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion- Niacinamide 10% + Zince 1%- Caffeine 5% + EGCG- 100% Plant Derived Squalane- Resveratrol 3% + Ferulic Acid 3%- Matrixyl 10% + HA- Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate Solution 20% in Vitamin FIt is too early to see result, but I am very excited to have started this regime. I had unintentionally blocked seller contact on Amazon, so make sure your Amazon settings permit emails from seller.Anyway, I used on face, neck and upper chest at night, after cleansing, then applied some organic hyaluronic acid with Vit C serum. Was a bit red the next day, applied some olive squalane. Too early to see any benefits yet obviously. Felt as though moisturising products were better absorbed. I plan to use on the backs of my hands too. Cleaned head with hot water and drop or two of washing up liquid, ran under hot tap, shook well then sat in a glass of surgical spirit for 45 mins.
